ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION

Learn2Earn Charitable Foundation™ identifies one of society’s most pressing needs: developing skills, work experience, and employment success for high school students and young adults in Southwest Florida, especially the underserved and those facing financial challenges.

Our History

Founded by and a program of The Rotary Club of Naples, the Learn2Earn (L2E) Scholarship Program began in 2013 as the visionary evolution of the Rotary Club of Naples’ decades-old scholarship efforts.

The Rotary Club of Naples’ quick success made it apparent that as the number of student applicants grew, Learn2Earn needed to become a stand alone charitable foundation, 501 (c) 3.

The result was the creation of the Learn2Earn Charitable Foundation, a self-sustaining 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with headquarters in Naples, Florida.

Our Purpose

America needs technical workers, but the supply does not meet the demand. The bigger picture is that many older workers in skilled trades are retiring, and there aren’t enough young people training to fill their positions as construction workers, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled roles. Our purpose at Learn2Earn is to help close this gap here in Southwest Florida.

Our Mission

The mission of the Learn2Earn Scholarship Program is to guide and provide resources to Southwest Florida residents seeking vocational, technical, occupational training, or a skill specific associate degree education.

Guided by Our Goals

Increase student participation in trade schools by up to 50%.
Increasing our Supporter Directory and Community Partner Network.

Our Impact

Volunteering as a Success Coach with the Learn2Earn Charitable Foundation has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’ve had the privilege of supporting three dedicated students—two pursuing nursing and one training to become a dental assistant. Each worked incredibly hard, completed their programs, and secured employment in our local community. Meeting with them regularly, cheering them on through challenges, and celebrating their graduations alongside their families was truly special.
