Founded by and a program of The Rotary Club of Naples, the Learn2Earn (L2E)  Scholarship Program began in 2013 as the visionary evolution of the Rotary Club’s decade’s old Scholarship efforts.

The Learn2Earn Scholarship Program gives priority to students pursuing trade, occupational and technical certifications, and associate degrees.

We place a high priority on students pursuing post-high school education that provides skills development and experiences that lead quickly to the student’s employment upon completion of the program.

Founded by the Rotary Club of Naples in 2013

Transitioned from providing 4-year academic scholarships to skill training scholarships, most graduates obtain local employment, benefitting the student and Southwest Florida at large.

Learn2Earn focuses on “Blue Tech” careers in health and dental professions, technology, mechanical, and service fields.

We have demonstrated measurable results that show the majority of the young adults receiving a Learn2Earn Scholarship benefit the Southwest Florida community long term by becoming a permanent part of the local skilled and professional services workforce.
