A Learn2Earn Success Coach is matched one-on-one with each recipient to provide personalized guidance and encouragement. The L2E Success Coach offers direct support.
The L2E Success Coach will support the student by establishing and building a rapport and monitoring the student’s progress related to academics, registration, class scheduling, finance management, and time management.
The L2E Success Coach will be aware of the students’ progress details such as obtaining textbooks, supplies, and equipment. It is essential for Success Coaches to refer students to school resources, such as counseling, mentors, peer groups, tutoring, and financial aid, as needed.
Coaches do not need any specials skills or training. Coaches will have the desire to help a student be successful by gaining a career.
